1. Discovery and Planning
Our team did a thorough examination of the client's existing claims management procedures and systems. This phase comprised stakeholder interviews, system audits, and requirement collection to better understand the insurance provider's unique needs and pain areas.
2. Development
We developed a solid custom software product that satisfied the insurance provider's requirements. The new claims management system was created using a microservices design to provide flexibility and scalability. Ruby on Rails was chosen for backend development because to its stability and simplicity of integration, while React was utilised for frontend to offer a dynamic and responsive user experience. The system was deployed on AWS to benefit from cloud scalability and security.
