A multinational corporate training company aimed to transform their employee onboarding procedure by switching from conventional classroom instruction to an interactive and scalable eLearning software development.

Client Background

Leading provider of corporate training, the organisation provided a comprehensive curriculum including technical skills, sales, leadership, and compliance. Unfortunately, a large portion of their onboarding programme relied on in-person sessions, which were expensive, time-consuming, and challenging to expand.

The platform has to support a wide range of content kinds, such as simulations, interactive tests, films, and evaluations.
Developing a captivating and all-encompassing educational encounter to optimise retention of information
The platform must be adaptable enough to customise onboarding initiatives for certain positions, divisions, and corporate cultures.
To determine if the onboarding programme was successful, the business required to monitor employee progress, evaluate learning objectives, and provide reports.
It was crucial to integrate Learning Management Systems (LMS) with current HR systems seamlessly.

Solution:

1. Discovery and Planning

To better understand the content and pedagogical approach of the corporate training provider, we collaborated with their instructional designers and subject matter specialists. We examined the training resources they currently had, determined the learning goals, and created a thorough eLearning plan.

2. Development

Our experienced eLearning development team used React and Node.js to create a solid and expandable frontend and backend for the platform. MongoDB was used to store and retrieve data in a flexible manner. Because the platform is modular and customisable, the training provider can construct and administer various onboarding programmes with ease.

3. Implementation

To implement the eLearning platform and connect it with their current systems, we collaborated closely with the IT team of the training provider. This required extensive training for teachers and administrators, as well as data transfer and user acceptability testing.
