A renowned renewable energy firm wanted to improve the administration of its huge and geographically distributed assets, such as solar farms, wind turbines, and energy storage systems. They envisioned a unique enterprise software development that would expedite maintenance, improve asset performance, and increase operational efficiency.

The company, a pioneer in the renewable energy field, was rapidly expanding, resulting in a rise in the complexity of its asset portfolio. Their legacy systems had difficulty to keep up, requiring reactive maintenance.

1. Discovery and Planning
We kicked up a detailed discovery phase, working closely with the energy company's engineers, technicians, and operations managers. We conducted site inspections to evaluate asset types and maintenance routines, analysed existing data sources, and established clear goals for the EAM. A detailed project plan was created, laying out the system architecture, data integration methodologies, and important milestones.
2. Development
Our professional development team, using their knowledge of.NET Core and C#, created a solid and scalable backend for managing the company's complex asset data and maintenance operations. Angular was used to develop a modern, user-friendly online interface and mobile app for field technicians. We used Azure's cloud platform to host, scale, and integrate with other Azure services. We used Power BI's advanced analytics and reporting features to deliver significant insights.
3. Implementation
We collaborated together with the client's IT team to implement the EAM system throughout their asset portfolio. To ensure a smooth transition, data was migrated from legacy systems, users were thoroughly trained, and rigorous testing was performed. We also supplied continuous support and maintenance to resolve any difficulties that arose.
