The client is a well-known vintage fashion firm headquartered in Los Angeles that specialises in one-of-a-kind, high-quality vintage apparel and accessories. They required a unique ecommerce platform to handle their diversified inventory, optimise operations, and create a smooth buying experience.

Solution:

1. Discovery and Planning

We undertook extensive market research and competition analysis to better understand our target audience and their preferences. Detailed stakeholder interviews were conducted to gather needs and establish the project scope. 2. Development

We achieved solid speed and scalability by developing the backend with Ruby on Rails. The frontend was built with React to create a responsive and intuitive user experience. AWS was utilised for cloud infrastructure, which provides scalability and dependability, while PostgreSQL was chosen for effective data administration. Spree Commerce was connected to manage the ecommerce functions.

3. Implementation

The implementation was staged, beginning with a beta launch to gather user input and make required changes.
