The project entailed designing a comprehensive solution for production planning and reporting with a view of enhancing the efficiency of the manufacturing firm in question.
Client Background
The client is a German manufacturing company that deals with accurate automobile parts. It has several manufacturing units across the country and aims at quality production and timely delivery.

1. Discovery and Planning
To this end, we conducted a detailed study and assessment in order to determine the client’s current practices and sources of distress. In this phase, all the stakeholders were engaged to ensure the identification of the project goals and outcomes.
2. Development
The system design employed modular architecture as a way of helping with scalability and integration of the system. For this reason, we employed . NET Core for the backend and Angular for the front end to yield a more user friendly application. Agile methodologies were used in the development process, enabling iterative advancement and ongoing client feedback. Production scheduling, real-time data analytics, and quality control modules were among the major features created.
