The project’s goal was UX/UI design of a premier wealth management platform, hence boosting user experience, engagement, and client happiness for a large financial services organisation.

Client Background

The client is a well-known wealth management organisation situated in New York that offers personalised investment strategies and financial planning. They needed a contemporary and intuitive user interface to better serve their high-net-worth customers and attract new consumers.

Key Challenges:

The old platform's user interface was antiquated and unintuitive, resulting in poor user engagement and satisfaction.
Users struggled to identify and use crucial functions due to the complex navigation and information architecture.
Integration with multiple third-party financial instruments and data sources was essential yet difficult.
Maintaining compliance with financial sector standards while improving the customer experience was crucial.
The platform required to provide personalised user experiences based on unique customer profiles and investment plans.

Solution:

1. Discovery and Planning

Our team began by conducting extensive conversations with stakeholders and user research to better understand the firm's and its clients' particular demands and problem issues. We performed usability testing on the existing platform to discover crucial areas for improvement and created comprehensive user experiences and personas to guide the redesign process.

2. Development

We used Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD to develop wireframes that are and interactive prototypes. The design approach was iterative, with feedback from stakeholders and users included at each level. Our development strategy was on building a unified design framework that provided uniformity across all touchpoints. The connection with third-party tools and compliance features was rigorously designed and carried out to satisfy industry requirements.

3. Implementation
